With services and fees tailored on a case-by-case basis, no two engagements are quite the same. In order to maximise value for money, I am careful to ensure that customers only invest in services that will fulfil their specific needs.

One aspect of my work that is comparatively consistent is the engagement process itself which begins with a complimentary conversation, ideally in person, with key decision-makers and stakeholders. The objective is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the individual, team and/or business needs.

Based on this meeting, a proposal, formal or otherwise, is specifically designed to address the identified needs, deliver the desired outcomes as well as define how success will be measured. Once a proposal has been reviewed and accepted, the collaborative project planning phase begins, that may include a diagnostic/assessment if appropriate.

During the delivery phase, key stakeholders are kept updated on progress and the achievement of key project milestones. Customers are welcome to contact me at any time during this phase with additional questions or requests.

Post-engagement, we meet again to discuss the project, completion of outcomes and any results that may have already begun to transpire. I also reflect on what continuing needs exist and if follow-on projects or retainer-based services would be beneficial.

My engagements and services are flexible and accommodating to individual needs. I have built my reputation on meeting these needs consistently and satisfying, if not exceeding, the expectations of all key stakeholders. If a customer’s particular needs are not clearly addressed by one or a combination of the services listed in Our Solutions, a complimentary conversation is provided to create a suitable solution.
