Three of the most common “complaints” people have about communication…whether it’s at home, with friends, people at work, in politics, in small or large businesses, local community or the world stage! And yet, it is the one need that all humans have – to be heard, understood and appreciated.
In this module we explore some of the underlying and natural causes of the above “complaints” and develop strategies to minimise the effects. In every organisation, the capacity for effective, engaging and empathetic interpersonal communication plays a key role in the achievement or failure of business outcomes.
