fishPeople often find themselves being responsible for leading others and typically chosen because of their technical competence without necessarily possessing the essential people skills needed in such a role.

These skills (e.g. inspire, delegate, empathise, involve etc.) are neither necessarily rare nor innate, and can indeed be developed, especially when combined with expert coaching.
